Our Initial Consultations:

*If you want to refurbish or extend your existing home, the next stage is to book your 'Kickstart Consultation' for £150 (inc. VAT) after making contact. This fee covers a detailed on-site meeting and a bespoke summary report, including initial concept ideas and a written fee proposal for your consideration.

**Looking to build a New House: we offer you our ‘Self-build Design Consultation’. In partnership with JR Planning, we also provide our ***Plan & Vision: Site Feasibility Service, a collaborative one-stop-shop architectural and planning consultation.
