2026 marks our 10th Anniversary. In 2016, Chris Brightman and Jonathan Clarke formally formed Brightman Clarke Architects.
We are a small, yet vibrant architectural practice specialising in bespoke private homes.
Initially based in Chesterfield, in 2018, we relocated to our current office in Dore, Sheffield. We are now a team of eight highly skilled, creative professionals with many years of combined architectural experience, having worked on schemes ranging from award-winning houses to multi-million-pound developments.
As you would expect from architects, being passionate about design is a given. But the real key to our success is focusing on serving our clients' individual needs.
We will listen intently and engage enthusiastically with you at all stages of the project. We will collaboratively develop a bespoke design solution tailor-made to you, your unique needs and aspirations.
With proven technical knowledge and site experience, we can also project manage your build. We will achieve the vision, turning your new house extension or new-build home design from an inspiring concept into a stunning reality. Every project starts with a chat or an email.
