In the heart of Alwoodley, Leeds. We’ve been given the challenge of transforming a tired, dated home into something quite special.
The design celebrates red brick as the primary material, complemented by black brick detailing and charred timber accents to create depth and contrast. Inside, split-level living spaces on the ground floor open up to views of the soon-to-be landscaped gardens, creating a strong connection between house and garden.
Upstairs, the remodel introduces two new bedroom levels, including feature rooms within the converted roof space, making the most of every inch of the existing structure.
The interior design will include generous home office facilities, ensuring the house is as practical as it is beautiful, a thoughtful reimagining for modern family life.
