ARCHITECTS GO BACK TO (PRE) SCHOOL

We Really Enjoyed Our Visit To Check On The Site Progress Of One Particular Job Last Weekend As Tiny Tigers Children's Nursery Opened Its Doors For The Very First Time To Hold An Open Day.

Whilst outside building works are not quite finished yet, inside the staff have done a fantastic job fitting out the learning zones for the baby, toddler and pre school rooms. We have to say, the spaces look fantastic, particularly the front room within the contemporary themed, flat-roofed pod that benefits from large glazed screens looking out to all sides.

The front pod has really taken shape since our last visit. The vibrant larch timber cladding is almost complete and the dark grey fascia is being fitted next week to create a warm and welcoming entrance hub to the nursery.

Behind that, the large two storey extension has now been completed and the nursery signage has been fitted between the first floor windows.

This nursery is certainly a far cry from the dank and run down bungalow that we found on our first visit to the site at the end of 2015. In fact, it has undergone a complete transformation and sits proudly on the corner of the main village Green in North Wingfield. But why not see for yourself?  The nursery aim to open their doors fully on the 3rd of January 2017 and we wish them many successful years in their purpose built modern home.
