Brightman Clarke Architects have been appointed to design a large replacement new build house at Cotton Mill Hill, Holymoorside, Derbyshire.
We’ve just added some updated artist impressions to our website for one of our recent new build-house projects. The site is in Holymoorside, Derbyshire, and it showcases our architectural design and commitment to creating beautiful spaces that our clients will love.
The Stables is an architect-designed new build house project that we’re particularly proud of. It’s a stunning development that blends contemporary design with traditional rural materials to create a stylish family home.
This project was particularly challenging as the Holymoorside site is in a sensitive Green Belt area, which required an imaginative design to create a scheme that obtained planning permission. Our creative team of architects worked diligently to create a design that met our client’s needs and the strict planning regulations in the area.
One of the standout features of the project is the use of natural materials. We’ve used stone and timber throughout the development, creating a sense of warmth and authenticity, often lacking in modern homes. Using these materials also helps blend the house seamlessly into its surroundings, creating a harmonious relationship between the built environment and the natural world.
