Project Overview
Set in the leafy village of Ravenshead, near Newstead Abbey in Nottinghamshire, New Hampton replaces a bungalow with a bespoke family home inspired by New England houses.
Our clients wanted traditional character alongside generous spaces for modern living. We brought these together through carefully proportioned elevations, a striking double-height entrance and a sociable kitchen, dining and living space opening onto the garden. A covered terrace extends everyday life outdoors, making the most of the private, tree-lined setting.
Making decisions can be one of the hardest parts of creating a new home. Even choosing bricks can feel daunting when you’re trying to imagine how a small sample will look across an entire building.
We used digital modelling and architectural visualisations to help our clients explore the options, understand how materials would work together and make informed decisions with confidence.
Our clients are delighted with their finished home: a reflection of their ambitions, tastes, and how they want to live.
